We process returns for online purchases of regular-priced items, within 14 days from the shipping date/from the date of delivery to us.

Store credits will be issued with a 6 month validity period, which you can use to offset your next purchase with us. 

For all accessories like scrunchies and face masks, we do not provide any exchanges or refunds due to hygiene reasons.
