Returns & Exchanges
General Return Policy
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your pieces, you can return your item(s) to us for store credits which comes with a six-month validity period.
- All returns must be done within 21 days for local orders and 30 days for international orders from date of delivery.
- Please ensure that the item you wish to return is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented and with original tags and packaging intact.
- Goods that are not met with these conditions will be rejected, with return shipping fee to be borne by customers.
- Please contact us at hello@uponyou.co with your Order Number as email title, along with any comments or feedbacks of how we can improve.
- All shipping fees and costs of packaging will be borne by customers.
- To ensure the return items reach us safely, please use a traceable mail service.
- All refunds will only be done via store credit or exchanges only.
- Store credit issuance includes the amount paid for the item(s), with a $4 courier fee deduction if a free shipping code was used.
- Store credits are valid for a six-month validity period.
- Accessories including scrunchies and masks are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
- Store credit returns are allowed only on full-priced orders only (orders placed with any promotional codes, sale items, clearance items are excluded)
Size Exchanges
- Sizing exchanges are available for all items excluding sale items
- All returns must be done within 21 days for local orders and 30 days for international orders from date of delivery.
- Please contact us at hello@uponyou.co with your Order Number as email title, with your desired size for exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Incorrect Item Received
We are so sorry if you received the wrong items!
Kindly reach us at hello@uponyou.co about this and we will reply to you within 1 - 2 working days.
- Please provide clear photos of the defect/incorrect item and submit this with your order number to us at hello@uponyou.co
- Kindly wait for us to check and revert before processing your return.
- An exchange will be done if we have verified that the item(s) sent to you is deemed defective.
- A refund will only be processed if the item is already out of stock.
- Please take note that we do not provide cash refunds unless the exact item and size is out of stock and we will provide you a credit note in which you may utilise it to purchase other available items.
- Exchanges will only be done for item(s) in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented and with original tags and packaging intact). Exchanges for item(s) which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
- For local returns, all item returns or requests for wrong or defective orders must be sent to our email within 5 working days of date received.
